Tripolis (Pontus)
Tripolis (Modern Yunanca: Τρίπολις), eskiden Ischopolis, Pontus'ta, aynı adı taşıyan bir nehir üzerinde ve hoş bir limana sahip antik bir kale kentiydi; Türkiye'nin Giresun İli, Tirebolu ilçesindedir. Mosinikler'e aitti ve Zefirium Burnu'ndan 18 km doğuda yer alıyordu. (Flavius Arrianus, Periplus Ponti Euxini 16.4; Anon.
