Huerteales

Huerteales, bir çiçekli bitkiler takımının botanik adıdır.[2] APG III sisteminde, rosids olarak bilinen büyük eudicot grubunu oluşturan 17 takımdan biridir.[1][3] Rosids kladı içinde, daha önce eurosids II olarak bilinen ve şimdi gayri resmi olarak malvids olarak bilinen bir grup olan[4] Malvidae'deki takımlardan biridir. Huerteales dört küçük aileden oluşur: Petenaeaceae, Gerrardinaceae, Tapisciaceae ve Dipentodontaceae.[5]

Petenaeaceae, Güney Meksika, Guatemala ve Belize'de bulunan tek bir cinsten ve Petenaea cordata türünden oluşur.[6]

Gerrardinaceae, Gerrardina adlı tek bir cinsten oluşur.[7] Tapisciaceae'nin iki cinsi vardır, Tapiscia ve Huertea.[8][9] 2006 yılına kadar Dipentodontaceae, tek bir cins olan Dipentodon'dan oluşuyormuş gibi muamele görüyordu. 2008 itibariyle Dipentodontaceae ailesinin resmi bir revizyonu yayınlanmamasına rağmen, bazı yazarlar Perrottetia'yı Dipentodontaceae'ye dahil ettiler.[10] Bu nedenle Huerteales takımı beş cinse sahiptir. En büyük cins olan Perrottetia, takımdaki neredeyse toplam 25 türün yaklaşık 15'ini içerir.[11]

Huerteales, tropikal veya sıcak ılıman bölgelerin çoğunda bulunan çalılar veya küçük ağaçlardır. Perrottetia'nın çiçekleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir [12] ancak bunu aksine, cinslerin beşi de tam olarak bilinmemektedir. Takım, DNA dizilerinin moleküler filogenetik analizine dayanmaktadır.
