2013 FIBA Avrupa U-18 Şampiyonası EuroBasket U-18'in 30.su. 18-28 Temmuz 2013 tarihinde Letonya'da 16 ülkenin katılımıyla gerçekleşti. Turnuvayı ilk 5 sırada tamamlayacak takımlar 2013 FIBA 19 Yaş Altı Dünya Şampiyonasına direkt katılacak. Turnuvanın şampiyonu ilk şampiyonluğunu kazanan Türkiye oldu. Turnuvanın MVP'si Kenan Sipahi seçildi.
