Douglas 2 Nisan 1934'te Weyburn, Saskatchewan'da doğdu.[4] Rol aldığı yapımlar arasında sinema filmleri; Lolita (1962) ve Dead Ringers (1988) ile televizyon dizisi; Wind at My Back (1996) vb. sayılabilir.[5]

Ölümü

Douglas 5 Nisan 2020'de Toronto, Ontario'da 86. yaş gününden üç gün sonra zatürre hastalığı nedeniyle vefat etti.[6]
