MD.45, Megadeth vokalisti ve gitaristi Dave Mustaine ve Fear vokali Lee Ving tarafından 1996 yılında kurulan Punk/Metal grubu. Vokalde Lee Ving (Fear), gitarda Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), bas gitarda Kelly LeMieux (Goldfinger) ve davulda Jimmy DeGrasso (Suicidal Tendencies) ile birlikte The Craving isimli tek albümü bulunmaktadır. Albümün 2004'te çıkan remastered versiyonunda vokaller Dave Mustaine tarafından yeniden yapılmıştır.
