İlk yılları ve eğitimi
Reilly 24 Mayıs 1965'te Chicago, Illinois'te doğdu. İrlanda kökenli bir baba ve Litvanya kökenli bir annenin altı çocuğundan beşincisi olarak dünyaya geldi.[1][2] Babası endüstriyel keten fabrikası işletiyordu.[3][4]
Reilly Katolik olarak yetiştirildi[5][6] ve Brother Rice Lisesi'nde okudu.[7][8] Reilly Chicago'daki DePaul Üniversitesi'nden mezundur.
