Interstate 57 (I-57), Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin Missouri ve Illinois eyaletlerinde bulunan bir Interstate karayoludur. 621.40 km (386.12 mil) uzunluğunda olup[1] Sikeston'dan başlayarak Chicago'ya kadar devam etmektedir.
