Wie schön leuchtet der Morgenstern,( İngilizce:How lovely shines the morning star ) Johann Sebastian Bach'ın BWV 1 numaralı kronolojik olarak ele alınırsa ilk dini kantatı.

Ancak gerçekten yazdığı ilk kantat olup olmadığı bilinmemektedir. 1725 yılında bestelenmiştir.

Yapısı

Eser soprano, tenor, bas ve 4 sesli bir koro ile beraber; kornolar I/II, oboes da caccia, kemanlar I/II, viyola ve basso continuo oluşan bir orkestra gerektirir.
