UA1

UA1 (underground area 1), CERN'deki Süper Proton Senkrotronu'nda 1981'den 1993'e kadar yapılan yüksek enerji fiziği deneyidir. 1984'te Carlo Rubbia ve Simon van der Meer'e Nobel Fizik Ödülü kazandıran W ve Z bozonlarının keşfi UA1 ve UA2'de yapıldı.
