Semih Baran
Mustafa Semih Baran (d. 1915 - ö. 3 Mart 1977, Ankara) Türk büyükelçi.
Japonya Geçici Maslahatgüzarı, Paris Başkonsolosu (1960-1961), New York Başkonsolosu (1963-1968) ve Endonezya Büyükelçisi olarak görev yapmıştır. 1977 yılında ölmüştür.
