Ramón Barreto
Ramón Ivanoes Barreto Ruiz (14 Eylül 1939 - 4 Nisan 2015) Uruguaylı futbol hakemidir.
Kariyeri boyunca yan hakemlik de hakemlik de yapmış olan Barreto, aynı zamanda, FIFA Dünya Kupası tarihinde, iki finalde de (1974 ve 1978) görev yapmış tek hakemdir.
