Peccei-Quinn teorisi

Parçacık fiziğinde Peccei – Quinn teorisi, güçlü CP sorununun çözümü için iyi bilinen, uzun süredir devam eden bir öneridir. 1977 yılında Roberto Peccei ve Helen Quinn tarafından formüle edildi.[1][2] Teori, QCD Lagrangian'ın “terim” olarak bilinen CP'yi ihlal eden bir terimle uzatılmasını önermektedir.
