Paenarthrobacter nicotinovorans

Paenarthrobacter nicotinovorans, aynı zamanda Arthrobacter nicotinovorans  olarak da bilinir. Paenarthrobacter cinsine ait aerobik bir Gram-pozitif bakterisi.[1][2][3] 2016' dan önce Arthrobacter cinsi içinde sınıflandırılan bu tür, 2016 yılında Paenarthrobacter cinsi içinde sınıflandırılarak Paenarthrobacter nicotinovorans ismini almıştır.[4] Bu bakteri türü atrazin, nikotin ve kreatin sindirebilme yeteneğine sahiptir [5][6] ve nikotin dehidrogenaz üretir. [7]
