Monochrome

Monochrome; resim, çizim, tasarım ve fotoğrafların tek renkten oluştuğunu ifade eden bir sözcüktür. Eski Yunancadaki μονόχρωμος kelimesinden gelmektedir.

Sadece gri tonlardan oluşan bir cisim veya resim de monochromatic, gri tonlamalı veya siyah beyaz olarak adlandırılabilir.
