Mark Margolis (d. 26 Kasım 1939) Amerikalı oyuncu. Yaralı Yüz filmindeki Alberto, Breaking Bad ile Better Call Saul dizilerindeki Héctor "Tio" Salamanca rolleri ile tanınmıştır.

1939 yılında dünyaya gelen Mark Margolis, 20 yaşında oyunculuğa başlamıştır. 3 Haziran 1962 yılında kendisi gibi oyuncu olan Jacqueline Margolis ile evlenen oyuncuün 1966 doğumlu oğlu Morgan H. Margolis de oyunculuk yapmaktadır.[1]
