Arta Cibuti'de bir bölge. Başkenti Arta'dır. Yeni oluşturulmuş bir bölgedir. Arta kuzeyde Umman Denizi ile Tadjourah Bölgesi, doğuda Somaliland (Somali), güneyde Ali Sabieh Bölgesi ve batıda Dikhil Bölgesi ile komşudur.
