Three 6 Mafia, Memphis, Tennessee'de kurulan ve Sony Music Entertainment ile anlaşması bulunan bir rap grubu. 1991'de Backyard Posse adıyla DJ Paul, Lord Infamous, Juicy J ve Koopsta Knicca tarafından kurulan gruba daha sonra Crunchy Black ve Gangsta Boo katıldı.
