Kieran Egan (eğitimci)

Kieran Egan (d. 1942), çağdaş eğitim filozofu, antropoloji, bilişsel psikoloji ve kültürel tarih üzerine çalışmalar yapan akademisyen yazar.[1] Eğitimde çocuk gelişimi üzerine yayınlar hazırladı. Piaget, Herbert Spencer ve John Dewey gibi ilerici eğitimcileri sorguladı.

Halen Simon Fraser Üniversitesi'nde çalışmaktadır. Bilinen en önemli eseri Eğitimli Beyin'dir (The Educated Mind).
