Jacques-Alain Miller

Jacques-Alain Miller (d. 1944), en seçkin Lacan'cı psikanalist olmasa da ünlü Lacan'cı psikanalist. École Normale Supérieure'de öğrenci iken, rue d'Ulm'deki seminerlerde 1964'te Lacan ile tanıştı. Lacan'ın basılmış her şeyini okuduktan sonra, ona şunu sordu, "Sizin özne nosyonunuz bir ontoloji içeriyor mu?" bu sorudan sonra anlaştılar.
