Gabriela Soto Laveaga

Gabriela Soto Laveaga, Meksika tarihi ve bilim tarihi konusunda uzmanlaşmış Latin Amerikalı tarihçidir. Halen Harvard Üniversitesi'nde Bilim Tarihi profesörüdür.[1] 2010 Robert K Merton En İyi Kitap ödülünü[2] ve 2007 LASA Sağlık, Bilim ve Toplum Bölümü En İyi Makale Ödülü'nü aldı.[3]

Geçmiş

Lisansını Kaliforniya Üniversitesi, Dominguez Hills (1994) ve yüksek lisans (1998) ve doktora (2001) derecelerini Kaliforniya Eyalet Üniversitesi, San Diego'dan Eric Van Young'ın danışmanı olarak aldı. 2016'da Harvard'daki fakülteye katılmadan önce, daha önce Michigan Eyalet Üniversitesi ve Kaliforniya Eyalet Üniversitesi, Santa Barbara'da tarih dersleri verdi.[4][5][6]
