Brian Coffey
Brian Coffey (8 Haziran 1905, Dún Laoghaire, Dublin - 14 Nisan 1995, İngiltere), İrlandalı şair ve yayıncı. Katolikliği, bilim ve felsefe temeli ve sürrealizmle olan bağı, çalışmalarını şekillendirdi. Bu nedenlerle ana akım İrlandalı Katolik kültüründense, entelektüel Avrupalı Katolik geleneğine daha yakın görünür. 1970'li yıllarda yayımladığı iki uzun şiiri Advent (1975) ve Death of Hektor (1979), modernist İrlandalı şiirin en önemli örnekleri arasında sayılır. Coffey ayrıca 1960'lı ve 70'li yıllarda Advent adında küçük bir yayınevi işletti.
