Gunther von Hagens, (d. Gunther Liebchen, 10 Ocak 1945; Wartheland, Nazi Almanyası), Alman anatomist. Plastinasyon adı verilen, biyolojik doku örneklerini korumak için bir teknik geliştirmiştir.
